Ms Hill has 18 years’ experience in commercial property in the city and across the central belt of Scotland. She has joined from Pinsent Masons where she was a senior associate.

She said: “I am delighted to be joining Blackadders and the Commercial team in Aberdeen. There is a lot going on in this market at the moment and I’m looking forward to helping offer a great service to clients in all sectors.

“Getting the right advice and support in the commercial property market in the north east of Scotland is vital if you are to realise good value and secure good deals. To me, Blackadders was the obvious choice to develop my work and clients in this area.”

Ms Hill, who is the immediate past chair of the Northern Scotland branch of the Association of Women in Property, advises on all aspects of commercial property work.
