Ledingham Chalmers to raise money for land workers’ charity
Ledingham Chalmers is sponsoring the RSABI Great Glen Challenge, a multi sport event which takes place on Friday 28 August.
Competitors will cycle, kayak, walk and run down the Great Glen from Invermoriston to Neptune’s Staircase in the 70 km race; teams are also vying with each other to raise the greatest amount of money.
RSABI helps people in land-based occupations who are suffering hardship
Linda Tinson, team captain said: “Our team this year is made up of outdoor enthusiasts from the firm’s newest trainee recruits up to our Chairman.
“We are delighted to continue our support of the Great Glen Challenge and hope to raise as much money as possible to support the RSABI and ensure its vital work continues.
“It’s a great opportunity to help fundraise for a charity I know is dedicated to helping those in need who have worked in land based occupations here in Scotland, as well as being an excellent sporting and team building event for everyone involved.”
