Mr Carson is currently director of housing and employment services at for Glasgow Centre for Inclusive Living and has devoted his career to addressing discrimination and disadvantage faced by disabled people. His experience includes over 12 years as a disability qualified tribunal member at the Ministry of Justice.

Ms Cusick is a former journalist and has managed significant public communications portfolios and laterally has held business development roles supporting operational and strategic fundraising at the Citizens Theatre. She is now based at SAMH as social movement development manager playing a leading role in Scotland’s new suicide prevention social movement.

Ms Reid has considerable experience gained in grant funding organisations focusing on community led initiatives addressing poverty, inequality, and exclusion. She works for the Life Changes Trust as evidence and influencing coordinator in their programme focusing on transforming the lives of young people who are care experienced.

Mr Beckett brings a range of experience gained in major financial and banking organisations applied laterally at Citizens Advice Scotland prior to moving into retirement. He has a particular expertise in risk management, financial acuity, and effective process management strengthing an organisation’s ability to flexibly react to change.
