Letter: Sign of the times

One of the reasons why advocates are personally responsible for what they say in court, is that it hardly bolsters an argument if one is too ashamed to put one’s name to it.

Apropos of the anonymous letter you published yesterday from ‘Grumpy Advocate’, we must all surely hope that if ever we surrender to the temptation to write grumpy letters to the press, we will have the courage of our grumpy convictions and sign our own names.
