Lindsays continues to strengthen Dundee office with two senior appointments
Lindsays has announced two more senior appointments to their Dundee team, with family law and family mediation specialist, Jennifer Gallagherjoining as a partner, and Miriam Rennet, as a director in commercial property.
Ms Gallagher is accredited as a specialist in family law and family mediation by the Law Society of Scotland and is also a fully trained collaborative lawyer.
She joins from Blackadders and has a wide range of experience which includes providing advice and representation for divorce settlements, separation agreements, cohabitation cases and disputes involving children.
Ms Gallagher sits on the committee of the Family Law Association, the professional organisation for family lawyers in Scotland and is also lead tutor in family law for the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Dundee.
She said: “I am thrilled to be joining such an excellent team and look forward to building on the strong reputation that Lindsays has already established for the expertise it offers clients across Tayside.”
The commercial property team has appointed Ms Rennet as a director. She has most recently been a consultant with Bowmans where she handled the purchase and sale of both residential and commercial properties and the related security work. Ms Rennet is also very experienced in acting for both landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions.
