Lindsays dispute resolution and litigation team grows with solicitor appointment

Lindsays has welcomed new solicitor Adam Gardiner (pictured), who has recently joined its dispute resolution and litigation (DRL) team in Edinburgh.

Mr Gardiner has experience in acting for both pursuers and defenders in a wide range of disputes including professional negligence claims in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session. His focus is now on private and commercial work, including property litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, and contract law.
