Lindsays expands commercial team with new property and banking partner

Gavin Buchan has joined Lindsays as a partner in the commercial property team based in Edinburgh.

Mr Buchan is a commercial property and banking expert who has experience of advising both borrowers and lenders in relation to general corporate banking transactions, acquisition finance, social housing finance, healthcare finance and corporate restructurings.

He has a particular specialism in all aspects of real estate finance work with considerable experience of dealing with both investment and development finance transactions.
