Lindsays expands corporate team with new partner

Douglas Roberts has joined Lindsays as a partner in the corporate team based in Edinburgh.

Mr Roberts specialises in corporate, IP and commercial contract law and is experienced in advising a broad spectrum of clients, including SMEs, family businesses and start-up companies.

He has expertise working with businesses in various sectors including technology, energy supply, finance, retail, engineering and property.

Prior to his most recent role, Mr Roberts held an in-house position with the legal team at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games where he was responsible for sponsorship, broadcasting, merchandising and ticketing contracts.
