Lindsays takes on new trainee

Kathleen Gaughan has recently joined Lindsays’ dispute resolution & litigation (DRL) team in Edinburgh as a trainee solicitor.

Ms Gaughan studied at the University of Edinburgh for both her LLB and Diploma where she also took part in the University’s Free Legal Advice Centre’s “Small Claims Project” – a new initiative offering free advice and representation in potential small claims disputes.

Ms Gaughan’s interest in litigation was strengthened during work experience in the court department of West Lothian firm Caesar & Howie.
