Lindsays welcomes associate and paralegal to commercial property team

Ms Montgomery has over 14 years of experience in the commercial property sector in areas such as the purchase and sale of investment properties, the acquisition of land for development and site assembly, forward funding, and general lease management work.

She has acted on behalf of local authorities, other public bodies, investors, developers and financial institutions.

Speaking after the appointment, she said: “Lindsays has an excellent reputation and I am looking forward to working with my new colleagues.”

Ms McPhee has 10 years of experience in legal services within both the public and private sectors dealing with commercial property, intellectual property matters and commercial contracts.

She has acted on the behalf of a range of clients including local authorities, government bodies, universities, financial institutions and a variety of commercial companies.

Ms McPhee said: “I am thrilled to have joined the Commercial Property team at Lindsays and I am excited by the prospect of continuing to offer excellent service to clients.”
