Lindsays welcomes senior solicitor in private client team

Lindsays has announced the appointment of Bruce Battersby as a senior solicitor in the firm’s private client team in Glasgow.

Mr Battersby assists individuals and business owners with the administration of estates, the setting up and administration of trusts and with the preparation of tax efficient wills and powers of attorney. He also advises clients on succession and inheritance tax planning.

He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
