Morton Fraser has begun a new podcast series that explores mediation in Scotland.
In the first episode of the Stuck in the Middle series, the firm chats with Graham Boyack, director of Scottish Mediation about the role mediation plays in resolving conflict and the various ways in which mediation can be used outside of conflict resolution.
Mr Boyack also looked at the state of mediation in Scotland in an article published earlier this year.
