Lord Drummond Young to be keynote speaker at Scots Law 2015
Lord Drummond Young will give the keynote speech at the TrustLaw Conference at Scots Law 2015 on the subject of “The state of Scottish trust law and the need for reform”.
Sponsored by Title Research, the conference will comprise a varied programme dealing with trustee investment powers and duties, risk management, alternatives to trusts, taxation of trusts, spousal bypass trusts and FATCA.
Chaired by Mark Stewart of Brodies, the panel will be completed by Christian Melville of Morton Fraser, Tom Duguid from Turcan Connell, Ruth Saunders of Brodies, George Houston from Mattioli Woods and Alexandra Docherty of Johnston Carmichael.
Taking place at Murrayfield Stadium on 16th June, the conference qualifies for 6 hours CPD.
