This year’s Lord Rodger Memorial Lecture at the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow will be delivered tomorrow by Deputy President of the Supreme Court, Lord Hodge.
Lord Hodge’s lecture is entitled ‘The development of private and commercial law by the Supreme Court and the JCPC since 2009’.
