Lord Reed to deliver UKSC anniversary lecture at Strathclyde

Lord Reed’s lecture – “Why does the UK Supreme Court matter for Scotland?” – will reflect on the cases which have helped define this new era in Scottish legal history and the court’s innovative approach to improving access to the law.
The lecture will be introduced by Professor Alan Paterson of Strathclyde Law School, and will be followed with a response by the Lord Advocate Dorothy Bain KC. There will also be a Q&A session.
