Macdonald Henderson named in Times Best Law Firm 2021 guide

The MH team is one of only eight Scottish firms to be featured for its work in mergers and acquisitions, alongside global/UK regional giants and large Scottish heavyweights.

Recognition in the list follows recent successes for the team including the completion of over 40 deals in 2019/20 including transactions in key sectors such as engineering, financial services, medical research and technology.
