Macdonald Henderson Supports 2i on acquisition of nFocus

Macdonald Henderson has co-advised with global law firm Stephenson Harwood on Edinburgh-based 2i Testing’s acquisition of nFocus, the UK’s longest established testing consultancy.

The acquisition follows London-based private equity firm Rockpool’s eight-figure investment in 2i last year which Macdonald Henderson also co-advised on.

By leveraging nFocus’ complementary strengths, 2i aims to drive operational efficiencies, innovate service delivery and further improve customer experiences.

Danny Crone, founder of University Of Wolverhampton-based nFocus, said: “When Ross Lister and I embarked on this journey nearly a quarter of a century ago, our vision was to build a business where talented individuals could thrive and where we could continuously delight our customers.

“I am incredibly proud to say that we have not only achieved this, but our team’s dedication and hard work have placed us in a remarkable position.”
