Macfadyen Lecture 2025: The Caribbean Court of Justice at 20

This year’s Macfadyen Lecture is to be given by the President of the Caribbean Court of Justice, The Honourable Mr Justice Adrian Saunders at the Royal Society of Edinburgh at 6:00pm on Thursday 27 March.
His subject is ‘The Caribbean Court of Justice at 20 Years’.
In summary: The Caribbean Court of Justice is a final appellate court for some Caribbean states. It also interprets and applies a Caribbean economic integration treaty. Its funding arrangements are unique as is its method of selecting its judges. This year the court celebrates its 20th anniversary.
