Mackinnons Solicitors marks twenty successful years in Cults
A north-east law firm is marking twenty years in Cults this June as part of its year-long 175th anniversary celebrations.
Mackinnons Solicitors opened an office in Cults in 1997 after a growth in business highlighted the need to diversify and expand.
The firm acquired the former TSB Bank at 379 North Deeside Road and extensive renovation works were carried out for the rapid expansion and development of its private client business.
Established in Aberdeen in 1842, Mackinnons Solicitors is headquartered on Carden Place in Aberdeen’s West End.
Pat Gray, partner from Mackinnons (pictured), said: “We are delighted to mark 20 years in Cults as part of our 175th anniversary and look forward to further developing our business in the area and growing our existing standing in the local community.
“We would like to thank all of our local clients who have instructed us over the years and look forward to working with them in the years to come.
“Many of our clients and their families have trusted us through the generations and our standing, particularly throughout the north-east of Scotland is, we believe, second to none.”
As part of its 175th anniversary celebrations the firm is raising money for The Fishermen’s Mission throughout 2017.
Ms Gray said: “Although we are one of Aberdeen’s oldest and most established firms we are also regarded as one of the most progressive.
“We are very proud of our continued independence and believe that the emphasis we place on creating and retaining long-term relationships, delivering effective solutions and providing high-quality specialist advice will be crucial to our continued development and success in the years to come.”
