Maclay Murray & Spens reaches final of award for family friendly firms

Maclay Murray & Spens (MMS) has been shortlisted for a prestigious prize for progressive employers that have successfully embedded family friendly and flexible working practices into their operations.

The firm has been named as a finalist in the “Best Large Private Sector Employer” category of the 2016 Scottish Top Employers for Working Families Awards.

Awarded by Family Friendly Working Scotland, the shortlisting reflects MMS’ moves to support employees within its workforce by giving them as much freedom as possible to manage their work-life balance and spend time on their interests.
