Macleod & MacCallum announces restructure of management team as it finalises merger
Macleod & MacCallum has announced a restructure of its management team in order to continue the growth of the business in the coming years.
The firm has just appointed its first female chair, Morag MacIntosh, and joint managing directors, Alison Martin and Peter Mason. The trio will form a management team charged with developing and growing the business throughout the Highlands.
The business continues to grow with the firm’s acquisition of the long established and well respected Inverness firm, MacNeill & Critchley, which took effect today.
MacNeill & Critchley has a strong reputation in residential and commercial property, and private client matters, and will relocate its staff to Macleod & MacCallum’s offices at 28 Queensgate, Inverness.
Partners, Alastair Robb and Neil Speight, will join Macleod & MacCallum as consultants.
Ms MacIntosh said: “We are delighted to have the MacNeill and Critchley team on board. Alastair and Neil are both very well-known and well-respected lawyers who will be a perfect fit with our established client base.
“We are also delighted to be able to offer their valued clients additional services from our award winning legal team, all under one roof. This cements our position as the largest Highland based law firm and we are delighted to be able to provide a full range of legal services from our Queensgate offices.”
Alastair Robb and Neil Speight said: “We are delighted to have joined Macleod & MacCallum and to be able to offer our clients a broader range of services, with the support of a wider team of excellent lawyers from Macleod & MacCallum.”
Macleod & MacCallum is continuing to strengthen its legal team with further recruitment to be announced shortly.
