The firm has appointed partner Rachael MacDonald and has promoted Sarah Mitchell who will also take up the position of partner within the firm.

The opening of the office brings the total number of Macnabs offices throughout Perthshire to four.

Ms MacDonald, who joined the firm from Harper Macleod, is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family law and is renowned for her expertise in high-net-worth financial provision on divorce cases.

Ms Mitchell started her career at Macnabs as a trainee almost 10 years ago, before progressing through the ranks to solicitor then associate and has now assumed her role as a partner in the private client team.
