Macnabs makes trio of appointments
Macnabs has made a trio of new appointments as it continues to strengthen its family law department.
Duncan Mackinnon, Lynne Kelly and Christie Rattray have all joined the family law team from Lindsays in Dundee.
Mr Mackinnon, who joins Macnabs as a consultant, has 30 years’ experience in family law and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in child law. As well as acting for individual clients, he helps courts and the children’s panel to determine what is best for children and is vice chairman of Relationship Scotland in Tayside and Fife. Ms Kelly is an accredited paralegal in family and child law and often attends children’s hearings on behalf of clients. They join with secretary Christie Rattray.
Managing partner Ruth Croman said: “We are delighted to welcome Duncan, Lynne and Christie to the family law team at Macnabs. Our new team members further strengthen our expertise in this area and will allow us to help even more people who require support resolving a family law issue. The firm is growing but we are determined to stay true to our core values and ensure we deliver tailored, practical and friendly advice to help our clients move forward in life.”
Mr Mackinnon added: “It’s exciting to be joining such a well-respected firm and highly regarded family law team. Macnabs operate a fully hybrid working model and their staff are based all over Scotland, and they are known for being fully committed to supporting a positive work-life balance for their employees. They have a strong firm culture and I am looking forward to being part of that and to growing the firm.”
