MacRoberts LLP acts for diamond specialist in retail investment

MacRoberts LLP has acted for jeweller and diamond specialist Chisholm Hunter, in acquiring a prime site in Princes Street, Edinburgh.

Chisholm Hunter, with almost 300 staff and stores nationwide, is celebrating its 160th year.

Niche agents Syme Property Consultancy acted for Chisholm Hunter in purchasing the retail investment.

The building features a unique champagne bar and designated Swiss timepiece room. Chisholm Hunter is the only jeweller in Scotland to stock the watch brands Breguet, Blancpain and Vacheron Constantin – each founded in the 1700s and inspired by history, art and chronological technology.
