MacRoberts promotes two to partner

MacRoberts has promoted two new partners internally to further strengthen its corporate and construction divisions.

Jennifer McKay has been with MacRoberts for 14 years and was a senior associate within the construction group.

She has extensive experience advising clients in a wide variety of construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings. She is based in Edinburgh, but will work across the firm’s other offices in Glasgow and Dundee.

Michael Kelly started his career with MacRoberts as a newly qualified solicitor in 2006, and was latterly a senior associate in the corporate group. He specialises in a range of corporate law issues and has experience across a number of business sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and investments. Michael is based in Glasgow, but will work across the firm’s other offices in Edinburgh, and Dundee.
