Miller Hendry associates promoted to partners
Two of Miller Hendry’s associates have been promoted to partners as the Tayside-based solicitors and estate agents strengthen their team.
Caroline Fraser, an associate based in the firm’s Dundee office, specialises in wills and powers of attorney, estate and inheritance tax planning and the administration and taxation of private and charitable trusts.
Caroline was educated at Morrison’s Academy, Crieff and the University of Dundee, where she gained an Honours Degree in Law and a Diploma in Legal Practice. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Caroline’s hobbies include cooking, skiing, traveling, interior design, sewing and gardening.
Donnie Macleod, an associate based in Miller Hendry’s Perth office, has worked for the firm since 2003. He deals with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianships and estate and inheritance tax planning. Donnie attended Stirling High School and The University of Aberdeen. Outside of the office, Donnie is a keen curler, golfer and bagpiper.
John Thom, chairman of Miller Hendry (pictured), said: “The promotions of Caroline and Donnie to partners are well deserved and we offer them our hearty congratulations. We very much look forward to working alongside them in their new roles as we continue to develop and strengthen the firm.”
