Mitchells Roberton appoints new partner

The directors of Mitchells Roberton have announced that Joel Conn has joined the firm from Morton Fraser as a director/partner from 1 August 2016.

Mr Conn specialises in commercial litigation and professional negligence with particular expertise in property litigation, insolvency and complex secured debt recovery situations.

Mr Conn said: “I am very excited to be joining Mitchells Roberton, a firm with a long history in the legal profession, at this point in their growth. The Scottish legal market has changed significantly over the last decade, with many established names vanishing, but Mitchells Roberton’s model of partner-lead service and a close client relationships stands firm.
