MMS acts for Superglass in its proposed takeover by Inflection

Maclay Murray & Spens LLP (MMS) is advising AIM listed Superglass Holdings plc (Superglass) on its proposed recommended takeover by Inflection Management Corporation Limited (Inflection).

Superglass is the UK’s only independent manufacturer of glass mineral wool insulation, and operates from its plant in Stirling, Scotland.

Corporate partner Brian Moore, who led the MMS team for Superglass, said: “Superglass is a longstanding client of MMS and we are delighted to have been asked to advise the business on this latest and exciting phase of its development.

“This is the second recommended takeover on which the team has advised in a little over a month. The Superglass board appreciated from the outset that our track record in this area allows us to very quickly get to grips with what is required to successfully deliver a public company deal in a short timeframe.”
