Morisons hires two lawyers, promotes associate
Two lawyers have joined Morisons Solicitors while a third has been promoted, the Edinburgh-based law firm has confirmed.
Pamela Muir has left Pinsent Masons to join Morisons as a Partner in the Glasgow office, where she will head up the Restructuring and Insolvency Team.
Ms Muir has particular experience of the retail, manufacturing, hotel & leisure and commercial property sectors, and represents creditors, investors and company directors.
The firm has also promoted Jan MacKay, a 13-year employee based in Edinburgh, from Associate to Partner. Ms McKay has niche experience of the telecommunications and renewable energy sectors.
Steven Harte also joins the Employment Team as a Solicitor. Previously withDWF, Steven will be based in Glasgow representing both employers and employees in all aspects of employment law.
