Morton Fraser employment specialist admitted as solicitor advocate
Morton Fraser has announced that Andrew Gibson, a solicitor within the employment team, has been admitted as a solicitor advocate, bringing the total number at Morton Fraser to three.
Mr Gibson, who is based in the firm’s Glasgow office, acts for clients at all stages of the employment relationship including representation before employment tribunals.
He has a particular interest in the Equality Act 2010 and its impact on the workplace environment.
Prior to joining Morton Fraser in 2014, Mr Gibson was an advocate having called to the Scots bar in 2009.
Linda Urquhart, chairman of Morton Fraser, said: “Morton Fraser is delighted with Andrew’s achievement.
“Having three solicitor advocates covering both Edinburgh and Glasgow, coupled with our clear approach to advice and cost, greatly benefits our clients.”
