Morton Fraser promotes two new partners
Morton Fraser has promoted Suzanne Hardie and Nicola Ross to the position of Partner, bringing the firm’s total number of partners to 43.
Ms Ross is integral to the firm’s commercial litigation and insolvency offerings while Ms Hardie has played a key role in the development of the highly successful public sector team.
Ms Hardie is a ‘home grown’ Partner, having joined the firm as a trainee in 2003. She advises clients on public procurement matters, including strategy, process and disputes, and provides advice on the structuring of public sector development and investment projects. She acts for the Holyrood and Westminster administrations and a number of local authorities.
Ms Ross joined Morton Fraser in 2008 and is a highly experienced commercial litigator. She specialises in commercial contract disputes, landlord/ tenant disputes, asset finance disputes and insolvency litigation. Nicola is principally based in the Firm’s Glasgow office and acts for clients throughout the UK, including SMEs, PLCs, government bodies, local authorities, insolvency practitioners and private individuals.
