The firm, which employs over 260 people across offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, is the only Scottish law firm named in the UK-wide list, which celebrates and showcases excellence in workplace engagement. The firm has also risen three places to 21st in the ‘Best Companies to Work For in Scotland’ category.

Earlier this year, Morton Fraser invested seven figures in a new, central Glasgow hub as part of a post-Covid modernisation programme. It also announced a staff bonus pool of over £600,000, 50 per cent higher than the previous year and 30 per cent higher than 2019/20. The firm pays bonuses to all staff.
