Neil Beynon: For those in peril on or below the sea and on land – interdict as an effective shield

In a new article, Terra Firma’s Neil Beynon considers two interdict cases: the first action, GTT Communications Inc (and Another) v TN Trawlers Ltd (and Others), sought to prevent damage to strategically important subsea cables, and the second – Walker & Another v Seymour – was an access dispute which resulted in a permeant interdict being granted.
