New appeal court focus of solicitor advocates’ update

The Society of Solicitor Advocates has published its May newsletter, which includes commentary from the outgoing Lord Advocate, Frank Mulholland QC, Kenneth Maciver QC and Iain Paterson on the new Sheriff Appeal Court.
