New appointments at Dundee Law School
Dundee Law School has made three new appointments.
Dr Tarik Olcay has joined the law school as a lecturer. Prior to this, he was lecturer in public law at Aston University.
He specialises in constitutional law and legal theory, and his main research interests lie in comparative constitutional law, constitutional theory, and natural law theories.
His PhD, completed at the University of Glasgow, studied the justifications of constitutional unamendability from comparative and theoretical perspectives.
LLM alumna Eva Jueptner, who successfully defended her PhD thesis on the Hague Judgments Project 1992-2001, has now taken up the position of Baxter Fellow.
Dr Claire Methven O’Brien has also joined the university as a lecturer and researcher. Her research interests lie in the field of human rights.
