Laura McKenna, currently head of employment law, is now a director while Colm Kerr, who specialises in corporate law, is now senior associate director.

Marc Waters, a member of the litigation and insolvency team, has been promoted to associate director. Meanwhile residential property specialist, Sandra Reid, joins the MCM team as senior accredited paralegal.
