New appointments bolster Anderson Strathern’s commercial real estate team

Ms Coady works across a wide range of commercial real estate matters. She is experienced in acting for property developers and in providing expert portfolio management for numerous landlords across the retail, education, telecoms, hotel and leisure sectors. She also acts for a variety of public sector bodies, charities, property developers, financial institutions and investors.

Mr McGee is an established legal name in the public and utilities sectors. Within these areas he has a particularly strong knowledge in the acquisition and sale of commercial and infrastructure development sites, land leasing, renewable energy projects and ancillary property rights. Mr McGee boasts many notable clients including Scottish Water where he has advised on their property and land services for a decade, acting as principal adviser in numerous strategic and flagship developments.

Anderson Strathern’s growing commercial real estate team is further bolstered by the arrival of Ms Currie at associate level. She handles all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals. She has experience working with investors and REIT’s across a range of portfolios advising onsite acquisition and development on-going asset management and eventual disposal.
