New director and solicitor for Lindsays rural services team
Lindsays has welcomed a new director, Laura McKinnon and solicitor, Kirsty Strachan, who have recently joined its rural services team in Edinburgh.Ms McKinnon advises clients on a wide range of rural matters including the acquisition, sale and management of farms and estates, forestry, crofting issues and agricultural leasing as well as dealing with on-shore wind, hydro and solar renewables projects.Ms Strachan is a notary public and acts on behalf of landowners, individuals and businesses on a variety of matters, including conveyancing and the purchase, sale and leasing of rural properties in Scotland.Michael Yellowlees, partner and head of rural services said: “Laura and Kirsty are valuable additions to our growing rural team and their recruitment reflects the increased volume of work that we are seeing at the moment.
