New solicitors and legal assistant for specialist PI lawyers
Specialist personal injury law firm Road Traffic Accident Law (Scotland) LLP (RTALS), which offers legal services to road users under Motorcycle Law Scotland, Cycle Law Scotland and Pedestrian Law Scotland, has announced that its trainee solicitors Thomas Mitchell and Zara Jones have qualified and will be continuing at the firm as solicitors.
RTALS is also pleased to welcome Ewen Stewart as legal assistant. Mr Stewart was formerly a detective officer within Strathclyde Police and then worked as an investigations manager for Zurich Insurance.
Senior partner Brenda Mitchell said: “Thomas and Zara have worked extremely hard over the last two years as trainee Solicitors developing their specialist skills acting for vulnerable road users. It is important for us as a firm to nurture our trainees through their legal training and retain them as they begin their legal career.
“Both are active cyclists, on and off road and Thomas holds a full motorcycle licence. Importantly, Thomas and Zara are committed to the firm and the clients we serve. They are true assets to our firm and we are delighted to welcome them on-board.
“Ewen who is also a keen motorcyclist, brings additional strength to our team with his wealth of experience in investigation.”
