Next Legal Entrepreneurs’ Breakfast Club in August
There are only a limited number of places remaining for the next Legal Entrepreneurs’ Breakfast Club event in August.
The Breakfast Club, which is organised by HM Connect, will reconvene on 13 August at the offices of Harper Macleod LLP in Glasgow.
Designed to help unlock the entrepreneurial vision with Scotland’s legal sector, the club offers support, advice and a sounding board for ideas for those leading or building a legal business.
Stephen Vallance, sector development lawyer at HM Connect, who has built and exited his own legal practice in the past, said: “We often hear about entrepreneurship but not often enough in the context of professional services. However, ours are businesses like any other and the Breakfast Club has already proven to be a great way for lawyers with drive to share their experiences and plot ways through the challenges this sector presents.
“Whether these are matters that affect any business, or those specific to the legal industry, members can use the group to bounce ideas off one another and perhaps find inspiration or a way through obstacles they have come up against.”
New members are welcome however the events are limited in numbers and the August Breakfast Club is close to capacity. If you would like to get involved, email hello@hmconnect.co.uk to find out more.
The next meeting of the Legal Entrepreneurs’ Breakfast Club will be held on 13 August, from 7:45-9:30am. A light breakfast will be available. The Breakfast Club is will take place on a quarterly basis with future meetings scheduled for 5 November, 11 February and 5 May.
