NFU’s Director of Policy keynotes CLT Scotland’s Rural Conference

Jonnie Hall, NFU’s Director of Policy, will deliver the keynote session entitled ‘The transition to a new agricultural policy for Scotland beyond the CAP’ at CLT Scotland’s Rural Law Conference taking place online on 27 October.

Chaired by Hamish Lean of Shepherd & Wedderburn, the conference will also consider the new relinquishment and assignation provisions, joint tenancies, the emerging natural capital markets, current crofting law issues, highlights from recent rural case law and health and safety issues in the agricultural sector.

Hamish and Jonnie will be joined on the speaking panel by Adèle Nicol of Anderson Strathern, Andy Turnbull from Bidwells, Inksters’ Brian Inkster, Robert Sutherland from Terra Firma Chambers and Kevin Clancy of Shepherd & Wedderburn.
