Nicola Buchanan

Ms Buchanan has been practising exclusively in the field of family law since 2005. She specialises in divorce, financial provision, cohabitation, contact/residence disputes and relocation cases as well as the preparation and negotiation of minutes of agreement. 

She has particular experience in complex financial provision cases and in highly acrimonious contact and residence disputes. She also has extensive court experience and is an accredited mediator and fully trained collaborative lawyer. Furthermore, she is a committee member of Consensus Scotland and a member of the Family Law Association.
