Nigel Watson

Prior to joining Burges Salmon, Mr Watson was a partner at Brodies, where he established and led its employee benefits practice.

He advises companies and owner-managed businesses on employee share ownership, tax-effective reward structures and remuneration design and execution and has extensive experience in all aspects of the design, implementation and operation of equity incentive plans both domestic and overseas, as well as advising remuneration committees on management incentive issues.
