Mr Mohammed has advised clients on all matters relating to residential property including the sale and purchase of property, transfers of title, new build purchases, government scheme purchases (LIFT, First Home Fund and Help to Buy), executry sales and re-mortgages.

He also has assisted portfolio landlords with acquisitions and has experience in private client matters such as drafting wills and powers of attorney.
