Opinions wanted on operation of children’s hearing system during lockdown
Opinions are being sought on the operation of Scotland’s children’s hearing system during lockdown by researchers at the University of Strathclyde.
The purpose of the survey, which runs until 29th June, is to help inform improvements relating to the conduct of virtual children’s hearings, and also children’s hearings held while maintaining social distancing.
The team is interested in hearing from young people, parents, other family members, carers, social workers, reporters, advocates, solicitors, safeguarders, panel members, or anybody else who might want to share their views and experience.
They would strongly value the input of solicitors and other legal representatives with views or experiences of children’s hearings during lockdown.
