Ownership planning options to feature at this month’s Private Client Conference

Martin Campbell of Anderson Strathern will discuss the most appropriate ownership options to consider when advising clients on tax, succession and asset protection planning at CLT Scotland’s Private Client Conference sponsored by Title Research.

Taking place exclusively in-person on Monday 30 October at Murrayfield Stadium, the conference will also tackle trust compliance in 2023, the tax implications of philanthropic giving, the Charities (Regulation and Administration) (Scotland) Act 2023, contentious and challenging executries and alternative planning opportunities for APR and BPR.
