Pagan Osborne appoints employment law consultant
Pagan Osborne is expanding its support to small and family businesses with the appointment of an employment law consultant.
Elaine Leitch brings 15 years’ experience of providing a high quality employment law and HR services to both small and family business owners, which includes advising on staffing issues, performance management or redundancies, as well as contracts, policies and procedures.
While she is adept at representing clients at employment tribunals, Ms Leitch prefers to help her clients find alternative solutions through negotiation and mediation, avoiding the stress and inevitable expense of litigation.
