Mr McDougall joined MBM Commercial in 2008 is based in the firm’s Edinburgh office. Since that time has worked in the firm’s litigation team. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation and specialises in intellectual property and commercial contracts, commercial and financial disputes, and professional negligence. In 2022, he was ranked as an Associate to Watch in Chambers & Partners for his work in banking litigation.

Ms Urban joined MBM Commercial’s London-based team in 2019 and specialises in corporate work. She has broad corporate experience advising on buy and sell-side of M&A transactions, investments on company and investor side and capital markets transactions. She has a deep interest in international matters and is a committee member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany and head of MBM’s German desk. She is also a board member of World Tech Legal – an international association of like-minded entrepreneurial law firms that have specific expertise in the technology sector established by MBM Commercial.
