Garry Sutherland

Mr Sutherland, who started as a trainee with Macnabs over 20 years ago, and who has focused on court and tribunal work for the past two decades, is the only Perth-based solicitor to hold the qualification.

He is experienced in many areas of civil law and is well known in particular for representing clients in contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, negligence claims and employment law.

Mr Sutherland was also appointed as a part time summary sheriff earlier this year.
