Peter Murrin made private client partner at Lindsays

Lindsays has announced the promotion of Peter Murrin (pictured) to partner in its private client team in Glasgow.Mr Murrin joined the firm in May 2016 as an associate and has significant experience in providing advice to individuals, families and businesses on private client matters. His expertise includes helping clients with regards to estate administration, commercial and personal succession planning, drafting wills and powers of attorney, guardianship orders, the formation of trusts and adults with incapacity law.
He also has a particular specialism in relation to personal injury trusts. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is accredited as a specialist by the Law Society of Scotland in private client tax and trusts law.
